  • for establishing client lists for record keeping and statistics, accounting and audit purposes and for collection of fees

  • from other sources as required under the terms of our engagement;

  • when you have consented to the disclosure; 
  • when the legal services we are providing to you requires us give your information to third parties
  • where it is necessary to establish or collect fees;
  • if we engage a third party to provide administrative services to us
    services or archival file storage)
  • if we engage expert witnesses on your behalf;
  • if we retain other law firms at your request, and on your behalf;


We adopt safeguards to ensure confidentiality of your personal information through secure premises, restricted access to files, internal passwords and data security.

We do not guarantee protection of your personal information where:

  1. You link from our website to third party sites. Please refer to the privacy policy of these third party sites, we are not responsible for how these sites collect use and disclose your personal information.
  2. Where you communicate with us through the internet. Transmission of date through the Internet by website or email cannot be guaranteed to be secured and we bear no responsibility of any unlawful use of such data.
